At Royal Fibernet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment purchase. This return policy applies to all networking equipment purchased directly from us, including routers, modems, extenders, and accessories.

Return Eligibility

Equipment may be returned within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged upon receipt (verified by our technical team)
  • Not compatible with our services (as determined by our technical team)
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • No physical damage caused by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software licenses or digital products
  • Opened cable packages or connectors
  • Equipment with physical damage caused by the customer
  • Equipment missing original packaging or accessories
  • Custom-configured equipment

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return eligible equipment:

Contact Support

Call or email our customer support team to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Package Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Return Item

Bring the item to our office or ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds for returned equipment will be issued through the original payment method. If the item was purchased as part of a package deal, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Warranty Claims

Equipment purchased from Royal Fibernet comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims after the return period, please contact our support team for assistance with repair or replacement.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Power surges or lightning strikes
  • Environmental factors (heat, water, etc.)

Note: Equipment provided as part of a service package may have different return conditions. Please refer to your service agreement for specific details. Installation fees are non-refundable once the installation process has begun.
