Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • General internet slowdowns not caused by our network
  • Issues with customer equipment
  • Problems with specific websites or online services
  • If the customer moves to an area not covered by our service
  • Early termination of fixed-term contracts

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If this is not possible, we may issue credit to your account or provide an alternative refund method.

Note: Installation fees are non-refundable once the installation process has begun. Partial refunds may be considered if installation cannot be completed due to technical limitations on our part.

Return Policy

This return policy applies to equipment purchased directly from Royal Fibernet, including routers, modems, and other networking devices.

Return Eligibility

Equipment may be returned within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged upon receipt
  • Not compatible with our services (as determined by our technical team)
  • In original packaging with all accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software or digital products
  • Opened cable packages or connectors
  • Equipment with physical damage caused by the customer
  • Equipment missing original packaging or accessories

Return Process

To return equipment:

  • Contact our customer support to initiate the return process
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Bring the item to our office or schedule a pickup

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds for returned equipment will be issued through the original payment method. If the item was purchased as part of a package deal, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Warranty Claims

Equipment purchased from Royal Fibernet comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims after the return period, please contact our support team for assistance with repair or replacement.
